How do I take Mamosure supplements?

Does Mamosure ship internationally?

Yes. Mamosure ships within India and to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, email mamosures@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
How much does shipping cost at Mamosure?

Shipping within India is free. International shipping is a flat rate of ₹3,000, or a rate based on your destination country. The exact charge is shown at checkout before payment.
How long does Mamosure delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 3–7 business days within India and 7–21 business days for international orders, depending on location and customs clearance.
Will I pay customs or import duties on a Mamosure order?

For international orders, your destination country may charge import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your country's rules for importing dietary supplements before ordering.
How do I track my Mamosure order?

Once your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

Does Mamosure offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. Mamosure does not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are paid online at checkout, which keeps the process secure and helps ship orders faster.
Is payment on Mamosure secure?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a Mamosure supplement?

No. Because Mamosure products are consumable health supplements, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order is delivered. This is standard practice for supplements worldwide and protects the safety and hygiene of all customers. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
What if my Mamosure order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Mamosure will make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, tampered with, or you receive the wrong item, email mamosures@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
How long do Mamosure refunds take?

Where a refund applies, it is issued to your original online payment method within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear in your account.
